MERIDIAN — Meridian Community College sophomore Rachel Wilson prepares a sauce for pans of bread pudding to be served at the Mississippi Association of Community and Junior College Legislative Luncheon held this week in Jackson. Wilson, who is a student in MCC's Hotel and Restaurant Management Technology Program, was one of the many community college students serving about 500 people at the luncheon.
