Book signings set today at Atrium Mall, Merrehope

MERIDIAN —     Two book signings are scheduled today in Meridian.

    Mouise Richards, author of "The Bizarre Biloxi Bazaar," will have a signing at the Atrium Mini Mall, 5009 Highway 493, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

    The book traces Richards' life from his early years growing up in Biloxi, through his college days, military service, his teaching career and passion for art.

    Also today Jill Pascoe, Arizona author of "Haunted Mansions of Mississippi," will have a signing from 2-5 p.m. at Merrehope, 905 Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Drive.

    Pascoe toured Merrehope and the F.W. Williams homes in 2011 and there is a chapter in the book about her "ghost findings."

    Pascoe also is the author of "Louisiana's Haunted Plantations," and "Arizona's Haunted History."
