Police seek info on missing teens

MERIDIAN —     The Meridian Police Department are asking for helping locating two teenage girls reported missing last month.

    Sandra Betterton and Helen Freeman, both 17, were last seen on the morning of Feb. 28 on 23rd Avenue getting into a brown Toyota Corolla, according to a police report.

    Betterton is a white female with fair skin who stands about 4-feet-11-inches tall and weights about 161 pounds, She has shoulder length blonde/brown hair.

    Freeman stands about 5-feet-3-inches tall, weights about 130 pounds with brown hair that has blonde streaks in it.

    Anyone with information about the location of the two girls is asked to call the Meridian Police Department at 601-485-1863.
