IT’S COLD, COLD, COLD OUTSIDE

People leaving the Citizen's National Bank office building Monday at 5 p.m. looked to be pretty prepared for the freezing temperatures. At the time, the temperature was 25 degrees with a northern wind bustling to 20 mph making it much colder. The area is expected to experience a gradual warmup as the week continues but Monday was one of those days where Old Man Winter made his presence known.
