Traffic Halted

MERIDIAN — North bound traffic on Highway 45 just outside of Marion was halted Friday afternoon after a woman

traveling west on Sam Lackey Road in a '97 Tahoe hit a a man lift being towed by a vehicle on 45, according to Jason Wiggins, with the Marion Police Department. Marion Fire Chief Scott Stokes directs traffic around the scene of the accident which sent the driver of the Tahoe to a local hospital with minor injuries.
