Cutest Parade

A Friday morning Fourth of July Parade by children and parents of the Collinsville Education Center was the first parade celebrating Independence Day and maybe the cutest. The little tikes, dressed in their best red, white, and blue, took part in a procession around the Piggly Wiggly shopping center complete with balloons and noise makers.
