From the photographer: "This picture was made a couple weeks ago while driving north on I-81 in Virginia. The rain was hard and the rainbow appeared to be in the middle of the highway but by the time I had gotten my camera out, this is what I saw. I take it as a message for America that God is still there for us if we seek Him. The rainbow ending directly on the flag with a church steeple in the background and the huge Cross in the foreground seems to have some significance to me."
