Reporter Brian Livingston told us that there is a Plane having difficulties with landing. Apparently the plane has suffered a flat tire.
There is no word as to what type of plane, and if it's a civilian or military plane.
At this point in time, the plane is about 15 minutes from landing.
We will have more as it develops.
