'Tarzan' musical opens Thursday at MCC McCain Theater

MERIDIAN —     The McCain Theater on the Meridian Community College campus will turn into a jungle of sorts when the College’s Arts & Letters presents the musical, "Tarzan."

"Tarzan" features music and lyrics by Phil Collins, including the Grammy and Oscar winning song, "You'll Be in My Heart," and book by Tony Award-winning playwright, David Henry Hwang.

Led by producer and director Dr. Todd Brand, this musical is family friendly. Tickets are $10, adults; $5, students, and are available by contacting Leia Hill at the Arts & Letters Series office at (601) 484-8696.
