On stage... ‘Wait Until Dark’

MERIDIAN — Sara Paige Sikes as Gloria and Kim Knight in the lead role of blind heroine Suzy Hendrix rehearse a scene from Meridian Little Theatre's "Wait Until Dark," which opens Feb. 13. The play is about a trio of criminals who terrorize a recently blinded woman, who is in possession of a doll given to her husband by a stranger at an airport. Neither Suzy nor her absent husband knows that the doll is stuffed with heroin. The criminals concoct an elaborate hoax to persuade Suzy to give them the doll. When the hoax fails, the criminals turn deadly. For tickets call (601) 482-6371 or visit the website meridianlittletheatre.com
