Parking hassles at a great air show

— Congratulations to the many people and organizations that made the air show an outstanding success ... too bad the plan for parking wasn't as well conceived.
There was plenty of parking space with sufficient access roads to it (not all utilized) and the parking attendants did an outstanding job so when it takes 2 1/2 hours to get parked then the parking plan is seriously flawed.
Most vehicles contained children who needed comfort facilities during that time, which were not available — thank goodness for the woods!
A large number of people missed a lot of the day's events because of this lack of parking foresight and planning. After the show on Saturday adequate adjustments should and could have been made but wasn't. This is inexcusable and cast an unfavorable impression upon our military, which was unnecessary. Some common sense would have gone a long way.
