'Go Cats Go!'

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the Meridian High School Boys Soccer Team for a successful soccer season. Making it to the Class 5A South State Championship game is a huge accomplishment not only for each of the players and coaches, but for Meridian High School. To the seniors, Thomas Deweese, Ernesto Picado, BB Mitchell, Kyle Dew, Will Watts, and Alvaro Alverez, good luck to you guys as you prepare to go college and begin that next process of life. To the rest of the team, you have a foundation that was laid for you guys to go out and have a wonderful season next year. And to Coach Eric Ferry, congratulations on your season as coach. Thank you for being the leader and mentor that you were to those players. I know that you have made an impact on their lives.
Again congratulations and as the team would yell before every game, GO CATS GO!!!!
