MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday.

    • Domestic violence — Michael S. Anthony, 38, 3518 17th St., Meridian.

    • Trespassing — Cleveland A. Burks Jr., 34, 4806 Manning St., Meridian.

    • Public drunk — Adrian R. Fraim, 30, 3413 Whitesail Court, Antioch, Tenn.

    • Disturbance — Mark W. Haggard, 48, 3619 47th St., Meridian.

    • Domestic violence — Julius A. Mooris, 20, 3001 36th St., Meridian.

    • Possession of controlled substance — Marquellous S. Osborne, 28, 6318 Oakland Heights, Meridian.

    • Trespassing — Jeremy R. Spears, 21, 5000 21st St., Meridian.

    • Possession of cocaine — Curtis M. Woods, 27, 4328 19th St., Meridian.

    • Simple assault — Felicia M. Vail, 27, 1116 24th Ave., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting — Polly A. Haynes, 53, 1318 19th St., Meridian.

    • Simple assault — Douglas Moore, 36, 1819 14th Ave., Meridian.

    • Simple assault — Thomas Joiner, 29, 468 Jeffery Acres Road, Meridian.

    • Simple assault — Michael S. Anthons, 39, 1821 30th Ave., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting — Edward T. Lewis, 27, 1437 Pearson Ave., Meridian.

    • Simple assault — Yolonda D. Williams, 38, 4503 Royal Road, Meridian.

    • Disturbance — Mark W. Haggard, 49, 3619 47th St., Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday.  

    Stolen Vehicles

    • At 8:08 a.m. Sunday, police responded to a report of stolen vehicle in the 4500 block of Pacific Street.     

    Auto Burglary

    • At 8:52 p.m. Friday, police responded to an auto burglary in the 1900 block of 5th Avenue.

    • At 10:08 a.m. Saturday, police responded to an auto burglary in the 2800 block of Chandler Street.

    • At 10:16 a.m. Sunday, police responded to an auto burglary in the 3800 block of Poplar Springs Drive.

    Residential Burglary

    • At 7:07 p.m. Friday, police responded to a burglary in the 4100 block of 40th Avenue.

    • At 8:11 a.m. Sunday, police responded to a burglary in the 1100 block of 6th Street.

    • At 4:07 p.m. Sunday, police responded to a burglary in the 2000 block of Mosby Road.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests from 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday

    • DUI — Richard E. Barber, 29, 63 West 4th Ave., Meridian.

    • DUI — Jonathon H. Coffman, 18, 1569 CR 480, Meridian.

    • Failure to appear in justice court — Debroah A. Davenport, 52, 307 Branch Estates Road, Meridian.

    • DUI — Eduardo R. De La Cruz, 23, 527 49th Ave., Meridian.

    • Domestic violence — Lewis A. Donovan, 23, 7903 Barnhill Road, Meridian.

    • Public drunk — Angela M. Franklin, 30, 10277 McCraw Road, Meridian.

    • Domestic violence — Kenny C. Franklin, 43, 10277 McCraw Road, Meridian.

    • Failure to pay child support — Andrew R. Griggs, 27, 2611 10th St., Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana — Shawn L. Hobson, 30, 1506 Sand Ridge Road, Meridian.

    • Possession of methamphetamine — Jessica L. McDermott, 27, 361 Larry Hurtt Road, Bailey.

    • DUI — Robert Y. Olivera, 26, 295 Old Country Club Road, Meridian.

    • Possession of cocaine — Tirale O. Reed, 32, 8157 Lauderdale Toomsuba Road, Meridian.

    • Possession of drugs in correctional facility — Annie M. Robinson, 29, 69 Broadbridge Drive, Carrier.

    • Forgery — Authur J. Smith, 62, 1011 Grand Ave., Yazoo.

    • DUI — Nicholas A. Sturtz, 23, 105 Gaddis School Road, Austin, Texas.
