    The following were reported to Meridian P.D. from the time period of Friday at 00:01 to Sunday at 23:59.

• 100 block of South Frontage Road, daytime

Stolen Vehicle

• 500 block of Highway 19 North, 2008 Avenger, silver, LAF-289

• 4300 block of Highway 39 North, 99 GMC truck, red, LA2-905

• 1100 block of 20th Street, recovered


• A Hispanic male robbed a lady at knifepoint in the parking lot of Wal-Mart at Bonita Lakes Mall about 2000 hours Saturday night. The suspect fled on foot.

• Sunday morning, Meridian Police responded to a local motel where they met a man who claimed he had been robbed nine hours earlier by a man who gave him a ride to the store. The man said he met the suspect at the motel and was offered a ride to the store but instead was taken somewhere off of 39 Highway North and robbed at gunpoint. The suspect who robbed him is only described as a black male driving an older white Honda passenger car.

• John C. Clay, born 1968, Highway 39 North, DUI 1st

• Brandon Walk, born 1992, 49th Avenue, trespassing

• Emmanuel Wooten, born 1994, Andrews Street, trespassing

March 23

• Antonio Sanders, born 1988, 15th Avenue, simple assault

• Stephen A. Brower, born 1984, Grannis, Ark., DUI 1st
