MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    • Shoplifting — Cedrika J. Jones, born 1991, Dock Gator Rd., Daleville.

    • Disturbing the peace — Larry G. Fairchild, 28, 2443 Old Wire Rd., Meridian.

    • Failure to pay child support — Curtis L. Marshall, 39, 1724 Lizzie Rd., Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    Residential Burglary

    • 1400 block of Pine St.

    • 1700 block of 17th St.

    Auto Burglary                                

    • 1400 block of 15th St.

    • 3300 block of 55th Pl.

    • 4400 block of 40th Ave.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

       

     The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    • Sexual battery — Jeremy Williams, 24, 1713 Keith Jones Rd., Meridian.

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    Theft

    • 9600 block Hillview Dr., Meridian.

    Burglary

    • 4100 block Dunroven Rd., Meridian.

    • 1700 block Long Creek Rd., Meridian.

    

Mississippi Highway Patrol    

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Marion Police Department

    The Marion Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Fire Runs

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.     

    • Elec. wiring/equipment, 45th St.

    • Chemical spill or leak, North Frontage Rd.       

    The volunteer fire departments reported no emergency runs between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Ambulance Runs

    

    Metro Ambulance reported 36 emergency runs between 3 p.m. Tuesday and 3 p.m. Wednesday
