    • Disorderly conduct — Terry Baskins, 51, homeless, Meridian.

    • DUI — Talimon R. Edwards, 25, 3005 Seventh St., Meridian.

    • Domestic violence — Mitchell D. Moncrease, 38, 2212 18th Ave., Meridian.
