MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    • Disorderly conduct — Gathree Hopson, 61, 908 65th Ave., Meridian.

    • Indecent exposure — Tyeisha Pritchett, 20, 3826 5th St., Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana — Demarcus Smith, 18, 2504 45th Ave., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting — Jimmie D. Snowden, 49, 265 Tru Light Rd., Hickory.

    • Simple assault — Kelvin Taylor, born 1987, 31st St., Meridian.

    • Domestic violence — Brian L. Owens, born 1982, Old Hwy. 80 W., Meridian.

    • Petty larceny — Jonathan Ragier, born 1993, Davis St., Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana — Colton Parker, born 1993, Willow Dr., Meridian.

    • Possession of controlled substance — Ogra Bell, born 1984, 40th Ave., Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    Residential Burglary

    • 2400 block of Old Marion Rd.

    • 2000 block of Mosby Rd.

    • 300 block of 50th Ct.

    • 7600 block of Old 8th Street Rd.

    Auto Burglary

    • 4700 block of 12th St.

    • 200 block of Oak Manor

    • 4500 block of Hwy. 39 N.

    • 4500 block of Hwy. 39 N.

    Stolen Vehicle

    • 2500 block of 67th Avenue, key left in vehicle, nighttime, recovered, juveniles arrested.

    • 1600 block of 51st Avenue, key left in vehicle, nighttime, 1999 Nissan Sentra, white, LAC-979.

    • 200 block of North Hills Street, key left in vehicle, nighttime, recovered.     

Lauderdale County Sheriff's     Department

       

     The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    • Public drunk — James C. Griffith, 26, 5122 Windsor Rd., Meridian.

    • Failure to appear in justice court — Patrick L. Hopkins, 42, 3209 Dr. Brock Rd., Meridian.

    • Failure to appear in justice court — Traverous R. Mosley, 24, 4524 Hwy. 39 N., Meridian.

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    Vandalism

    • 2700 block Valley Rd., Meridian.

    Burglary

    • 9200 block Hamrick Rd., Collinsville.

    • 1900 block Will Butchee Rd., Meridian.

    • 3400 block Lauderdale Rd., Meridian.

    • 8300 block Poplar Springs Dr., Meridian.

    

Mississippi Highway Patrol

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.
