    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    • Failure to pay child support — Dominique R. Clayton, 31, 370 Dock Gator Road, Daleville.

    • Possession of marijuana — Ralph E. Emerson Jr., 29, 2914 49th Ave. Meridian.

    • Shoplifting — Malorie L. Gallagher, 26, 517 C St., Meridian.

    • Possession of controlled substance — Markulis D. Hampton, 36, 917 42nd Ave., Meridian.

    • Probation violation — Johnny W. McClellan Jr., 27, 107 71st Place, Meridian.

    • Receiving stolen property — Demetrius T. Portis, 26, 4602 Prisock Road, Meridian.
