Law Enforcement Reports: 5-13-14

MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8:30 a.m. Friday and 8:30 a.m. Monday:

    • Murder-Capital – Shon P. Byrd Jr., 16, 3804 37th St., Meridian. Byrd also faces a charged for armed robbery.

    • Accessory after the fact, two counts – CeCarlos Santez Clark, 36, 3810 42nd St., Meridian.

    • Driving Under the Influence (DUI), first offense – Justin Clark, 21, 115 Artenzie Clark Road, Meridian. Clark also faces a charge for failure to yield right of way.

    • Disturbance in public place – Tamara Rochelle Cole, 31, 107 71st Place, Apt. 90, Meridian. Cole also faces a charge for simple assault.

    • Accessory after the fact, two counts – Veronica D. Ferguson, 20, 3810 42nd St., Meridian.

    • Petit Larcey, up to $500 (three counts) – LeDarrius Santwann Fluker, 21, 3295 Lauderdale Road, Meridian.

    • Child neglect – Andre Lavon Hampton, 34, 1807 Sixth Ave., Meridian. Hampton also faces charges for DUI, first offense, driving without a license, careless driving and violation of child restraint law.

    • Aggravated assault – Claudine C. Perkins, 24, 7100 Old Highway 80. E-3, Meridian.

    • Simple assault on a minor – Jacoby Gomez Ramsey, 32, 2524 Grandview Ave., Meridian. Ramsey also faces a charge for malicious mischief/vandalism.

    • Possession of controlled substance – Terrance Willis, 35, 5328 Water Valley Road, Meridian. Willis also faces a charge for possession of marijuana, first offense.

    • Simple assault, domestic – Jerry Kirk, 50, 117 60th Ave., Meridian. Kirk also faces a second charge for simple assault.

    • Simple assault, threat – Tamela D. Boston, 23, 1521 49th Ave., Meridian.

    • Trespassing– Jariko Chaney, 32, 1804 16th St., Meridian.

    • Petit larceny – Chris Graham, 35, 5694 Zero Road, Meridian.

    • Petit larceny – Broderick Toole, 32    1713 35th Ave., Meridian. Toole also faces a charge for simple assault.    

    • Family disturbance – Glenn E. Mosley, 56, 1914 11th Ave., Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana – Jacorius T. Jones, 23, 2015 Mosby Road, Meridian. Jones also faces charge for disorderly.

    • Public drunkenness – Latasha Combs, 31, 1921 33rd Ave., Meridian. Combs also faces charges for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

    • Shoplifting – Joanna M. Chaney, 23, 1318 18th St. Meridian.

    • DUI – Terence D. Dumas, 36, 31710 Hwy 43 South, Alabama.

    • Simple assault on a minor – Dewayne Jennings, 40, 1318 19th St., Meridian.

    • Telephone harassment – Alisha B. Lewis, 20, 1500 Sand Ridge Road, Meridian. Lewis also faces a charge for simple assault threat.

    • Simple assault – Meghan Taylor, 26, 611 Azalea Drive, Meridian.

    • Simple assault – Jimmie D. Starks, 55, 887 Jeff Davis School Road, Meridian.

    • Violation of School Attendance Law – Tomeka McCorky, 23, 1318 19th St., Meridian.

    • Violation of School Attendance Law – Lheri James, 38, 200 23rd St., Meridian.

    • Violation of School Attendance Law – Lolita Nichols, 33, 2305 D St., Meridian.

    • Shoplifitng – Dorothy A. Jones, 47, 4802 22nd St., Meridian.

    • DUI – Cornelius R. Mosley, 27, 441 Oak Gator Road, Meridian.
