Law Enforcement Reports: 2-13-14

MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    • DUI — Eddie M. Davis, 36, 2319 2nd Ave., Meridian.

    • Probation violation — Shannon N. Moore, 31, 5612 Arthur St., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting — Kimberly A. Harris, 57, 5050 Russell Topton Road, Meridian.

    • DUI — Joseph Cuchetti, 56, 24520 Little Mack Ave., MI.

    • Simple assault — Henry L. Conner, 31, 2923 12th St., Meridian.

    Incident Reports

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.  

    Auto Burglary

    • At 6:22 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to an auto burglary in the 2800 block of 7th Street. Officers arrived at 6:30 a.m. and determined that entry was gained through a window.

    Residential Burglary

    • At 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to a burglary in the 5100 block 24th Place. Officer arrived at 1:20 p.m. and determined that entry was gained through a door.

    • At 5:16 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to a burglary in the 5900 block of Bounds Road. Officers arrived at 5:20 p.m. and determined that entry was gained through a door.

    • At 11:27 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to a burglary in the 2000 block of Lynch Avenue. Officer arrived at 11:31 p.m. and determined that entry was gained through window.

Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests from 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday

    • Failure to appear in justice court — Richard D. Caffey, 38, 4468 Fellowship Road, Meridian.

    • Sale of controlled substance — Jo E. Jason, 27, 505 Providence Road, Chunky.

    • Probation violation — Michelle L. Marsh, 29, 4711 11th St., Meridian.

    • Failure to register as sex offender — Jarrett R. Nelson, 31, 1243 Nelson Ln., Edwards.

    

    Incident Reports

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported no incidents from 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Mississippi Highway Patrol

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.
