MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department



    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.



    • Shoplifting — Rosi P. Armstrong, 29, 1914 25th Ave., Meridian.

    • Trespassing — Taquantis L. Bell, 20, 2032 26th Ave., Meridian.

    • DUI — Gary O. Cameron, 26, 2514 22nd Ave., Meridian.

    • Probation violation — Stacy Hughes, 36, 1006 28th Ave., Meridian.



    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.



    Auto Burglary

    • 4200 block of 33rd Place

    • 4300 block of 33rd Place

    Stolen Vehicle

    • 1000 block of 36th Avenue



    On Tuesday, Meridian Police Department officers arrested 22-year-old Cree Dajon Griffin and 25-year-old Sabrina Scarbrough and charged both with felony shoplifting. Bond was set at $50,000 for each. Officers of Alpha Platoon were able to apprehend the suspects shortly after the crime was committed.    



 Lauderdale County Sheriff's       Department



    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.



    • Probation violation — Branon S. Cozzone, 23, 5286 Chandler Road, Meridian.

    • DUI — Courtney L. Griffith, 31, 10205 Morgan Road, Meridian.

    • Telephone harassment — Patricia McMullen, 71, 3908 26th St., Meridian.

    • Probation violation — Darrell L. Naylor, 37, 4342 Lee Roy Naylor Road, Lauderdale.



    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.



    Burglary

    • 9500 block NE Cole Road, Meridian.

    DUI

    • Morgan Road, Meridian.

    Theft

    • 700 block Briarwood Road, Meridian.



Mississippi Highway Patrol

    

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.
