    • 11500 block Suqualena North Rd., Meridian.

    • 5400 block Hwy. 19 N., Meridian.

    • 22nd Ave., Meridian.

    • Lauderdale Toomsuba Rd., Meridian.

    • 14th St. / 16th Ave., Meridian.

    • Front St., Meridian.

    • I-20, Meridian.

    • Hwy. 495, Meridian.

    Public drunk

    • 5100 block Old 8th Street Rd., Meridian.

    • 10200 Whipporwill Rd., Meridian.

    • 5500 block Water Valley Rd., Meridian.

    Armed robbery

    • 4500 block Valley Rd., Meridian.

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.

    • DUI — Michael J. Grace, 32, 404 Dock Gator Rd., Daleville.

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday. 


    • Rescue standby, I-20

    • Hazardous condition, 23rd St.

    • False alarm, 29th Ave.

    • EMS call, South Frontage Rd.

    • False alarm, 33rd Ave.


    • False alarm, 40th St.

    • Vehicle accident, 19th Ave.


    • Building fire, 33rd Ave.     

    • Smoke or odor removal, Van Zyverden Rd.

    • Vehicle accident, Hwy. 39 N.


    • Vehicle accident, 8th St.

    • Vehicle accident, Front Street Ext.

    • Electrical wiring/equipment, 4th Ave.                

    The volunteer fire departments reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.


    Metro Ambulance reported 33 emergency runs between 3 p.m. Monday and 3 p.m. Tuesday.
