Meridian Police Department

 

The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

 

• Domestic violence — Samuel J. Bester, 34, 614 49th Ave., Meridian.

• Possession of marijuana — Jaricus M. Hubbard, 18, 808 16th St., Meridian.

• Forgery — Decourtney T. Tidemore, 26, 5433 Hwy. 513, Stonewall.

• Simple assault — LaDonna Cole, born 1983, 34th Ave., Meridian.

 

The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday. 

 

Residential Burglary

• 100 block of 34th Avenue, daytime.

• 2700 block of 44th Avenue, daytime.

• 1400 block of 29th Avenue, nighttime.

• 2400 block of 25th Street.

• 4800 block of 37th Street, unknown time.

• 5200 block of Ash Avenue, unknown time.

Commercial Burglary

• 300 block of A Street, nighttime.

Auto Burglary                                

• 2700 block of Chandler, nighttime.

• 2000 block of Mosby Road, nighttime.

• 2000 block of Mosby Road, nighttime.

• 2000 block of Mosby Road, nighttime.

• 2400 block of Old Marion Road, daytime.

• 2600 block of St Luke, nighttime.

• 4500 block of 39 north, daytime

Stolen Vehicle

• 1800 block of North Frontage Road, daytime, recovered.  

 

Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department

 

  The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

 

• Failure to appear in justice court — Christopher D. Burcham, 27, 5114 Wright Spur Rd., Toomsuba.

• DUI — Edgar E. Galindo, 22, 114 Goodman Ct., Houma, LA.

• Probation violation — Nicholas G. Massey, 32, 17179 Hwy. 503, Decatur.

• Simple assault — Eugene Smith III, 42, 7973 Lauderdale Toomsuba Rd., Toomsuba.

• DUI — Corey T. Thedford, 29, 817 18th St., Meridian.

 

The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

 

Assault

• 200 block Springhill Rd., Meridian.

Burglary

• 1900 block Sam Lackey Rd., Meridian.

DUI

• Centerhill Martin Rd., Meridian.

• 10th St. / 21st Ave., Meridian.

Vandalism

• 6800 block South Anderson Rd., Meridian.

 

Mississippi Highway Patrol

 

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.
