MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    • Domestic violence — Lee A. Dunnigan, 47, 1934 26th Ave., Meridian.

    • Simple assault — Joe A. Griffin, 54, 4009 Fifth St., Meridian.

    • Domestic violence — Christina Marsh, 25, 2016 26th Ave., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting — Pamela S. Norris, 55, 1126 Aycock Road, Meridian.

    • Domestic violence — Cordarro Tingle, 25, 56th Ave., Meridian.

    • Simple assault — Jaquarius Dunnigan, 18, 26th Ave., Meridian.

    • Felon in possession of a firearm — Rodrico D. Hill, 41, 49th Ave., Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the the following incidents between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    Burglary

    • 1300 block 31st Ave.

    • 800 block 28th Ave.

Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    • Felony DUI — Ronnie E. Haney, 53, 4998 Earl Haney Road, Meridian.

    • Petty larceny — Joshua R. Tidwell, 29, 8321 Kewanee Road, Lauderdale.

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    Burglary

    • 4800 block S. L. Wilson Road, Meridian.

    • 300 block Jefferey Acres Road, Meridian.

    DUI

    • Rob Simms Road, Meridian.

Mississippi       Highway Patrol

     Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Marion Police  Department

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.   

    • Good intent call, 10th Avenue

    • Cooking fire, 29th Avenue

    • False alarm, Second Street

    • Rescue, EMS, Eighth Avenue

    • Vehicle accident, 17th Avenue

    • Vehicle accident, Highway 19 N.

    • False alarm, 34th Avenue

    • Vehicle accident, 13th Street

    • Dumpster fire, South Frontage Road

    • Vehicle accident, North Hills Street

    • EMS call, Highway 39 By-pass

    • Vehicle accident, North Hills Street

    • Smoke or odor removal, St. Luke Street

Ambulance Runs
