MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    • Bad check — Gloria A. Culberson, 66, 976 Bonita Lakes Dr., Meridian.

    • Trespassing — Jennifer N. Norris, 28, 1126 Aycock Rd., Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana — Kahari Scott, 20, 3623 46th St., Meridian.

    • Trespassing — Ella Rice, born 1946, 408 48th Ave., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting — Roshekia Parnell, born 1985, 905 42nd Ave., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting — Nova R. Price, born 1990, homeless.

    • Simple assault — Charlene Anthony, born 1977, 7736 J. O. Thomas Rd., Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.  

    Commercial Burglary

    • :45 a.m., 5300 block of 5th St.

    Auto Burglary

    • 6:18 p.m., 2500 block of 14th St.

    Residential Burglary

    • 11:54 a.m., 2400 block of 24th Ave.

    • 10:38 p.m., 1500 block of 22nd Ave.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

    

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    • False pretense — Kenny F. Edmondson, 61, 1524 Adeline St., Hattiesburg.

    • Possession of marijuana — Jasper L. Johnson, 29, 377 Cooper Mission Rd., Ward, AL.

    • Sale of drugs near a school or church — Alaranzo N. Nolan, 52, 7001 Old Hwy. 80 W., Meridian.

    • DUI — David E. Stanley, 44, 5920 Perry Ln., Lake Charles, LA.

    • Disorderly conduct — Jessica D. Thomas, 34, 1139 Aycock Rd., Meridian.

    

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    Theft

    • 100 block Kewanee Rd., Toomsuba.

    DUI

    • 5th St., Meridian.

Mississippi Highway Patrol

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

Marion Police Department

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

Fire runs

    

    The Meridian Fire Department reported no emergency runs between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.                  

    The volunteer fire departments reported no emergency runs between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

Ambulance runs

    

    Metro Ambulance reported 40 emergency runs between 3 p.m. Wednesday and 3 p.m. Thursday.
