MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • Simple assault — Jeffery M. Taylor, 19, 506 Front St., Merirdian.

    • Petty larceny — Carmen Dubose, born 1968, 29th St., Meridian.

    • DUI — Alcide R. Kimbrell, born 1945, Country Club Drive, Meridian.

    • DUI — Sakarra C. Darcy, born 1988, 25th Ave., Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    Commercial Burglary

    • 5500 block of 5th Street

    Stolen Vehicle

    • 2800 block of Grandview Avenue

    Auto Burglary

    • 300 block of 46th Avenue

    • 2200 block of 28th Avenue

    Residential Burglary        

    • 4600 block of Valley Street

    • 4400 block of 40th Avenue

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

    

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • Domestic violence — Dustin T. Anderson, 19, 383 Briarwood Road, Meridian.

    • Domestic violence — Steven Manis, 22, 1882 Little Rock County Line Road, Little Rock.

    • DUI — John K. Morehead, 45, 480 56th Ave., Meridian.

    • DUI — Tony B. Redding, 45, 5354 8th Street Ext., Meridian.

    

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    DUI

    • Front Street, Meridian.

    • Causeyville Road, Meridian.

    Burglary

    • 7700 block Warren Road, Meridian.

Mississippi Highway Patrol

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • DUI — Christopher R. Gray, 42, 4820 Arundel Road, Meridian.

Marion Police Department

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

Fire runs

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • Trash fire, 19th Avenue

    • Lock in, Highway 19 North

    • Vehicle accident, Texas turnaround.                         

    The volunteer fire departments reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

Metro Ambulance
