MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    • Possession of marijuana — Jessie J. Reed Jr., 53, 1672 16th Ave., Meridian.

    • Simple assault — Jerry H. Johnson II, 40, 2220 George Wallace Hwy., AL.

    • Trespassing — Brenda D. Bordon, 53, 1535 45th Ave., Meridian.

    • Trespassing — Richard Gordon, 57, 1535 45th Ave., Meridian.

    • Simple assault — Robbin E. Gowdy, 28, 3135 Thornton Rd., Meridian.

    • Disorderly conduct — Jacoby Dixon, 21, 616 33rd Ave., Meridian.

    • Disorderly conduct — Taquanits C. Lemon, 28, 4524 Hwy. 39 N., Meridian.

    • DUI — Natalie L. Cole, 28, 1906 26th Ave, Meridian.

    Incident Reports

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.  

    Auto Burglary

    • At 6:50 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to an auto burglary in the 4700 block of Paulding Street. Officers arrived at 6:54 a.m. and determined that entry was gained through a window.

    • At 6:53 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to an auto burglary in the 4700 block of Paulding Street. Officers arrived 7:10 a.m. and determined that entry was gained through a door.

    • At 8:26 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to an auto burglary in the 600 block of 45th Avenue. Officers arrived at 8:29 a.m. and determined that entry was gained through a window.

    • At 10:21 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to an auto burglary in the 400 block of Willow Ridge. Officers arrived at 10:30 a.m. and determined that entry was gained through a door.

    • At 1:39 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to an auto burglary in the 4500 block of Pacific Street. Officers arrived at 1:39 p.m. and determined that entry was gained through a door.

    • At 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to an auto burglary in the 500 block of 49th Avenue. Officers arrived on scene at 4:43 p.m. and determined that entry was gained through a door.

    • At 10:02 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to an auto burglary in the 2000 block of 25th Avenue. Officers arrived at 10:02 p.m. and determined that entry was gained through a door.

    • At 4:38 a.m. Thursday, a victim came to the police department to report an auto burglary that occurred in the 700 block of South frontage Road. Entry was gained through a door.
