MERIDIAN —     The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8:30 a.m. Friday and 8:30 a.m. Tuesday:



    • Domestic violence-Simple assault – Richard Keith Barlow, 28, 4923 B Place, Meridian.

    • Uttering, forgery – James Levern Burrage Jr., 21, 2001 24th St., Meridian.

    • Driving Under the Influence (DUI), second offense – Katie Marie Clarke, 28, 12461 Newton County Road, Collinsville. Clarke also faces a charge for child neglect.

    • DUI, second offense – Brandon Ray Crawford, 19, 595 Harper Road, Meridian. Crawford also faces a charge for destroying city property.

    • Disorderly conduct – Trisha J. Epperson, 22, 1103 Jefferson St., Muskogee, Okla.

    • DUI, first offense – William Earl Ezell, 50, 5003 Pinecrest Drive, Meridian. Ezell also faces charges for possession or paraphernalia, possession of marijuana (less than 30 grams), driving without a license and driving without liability insurance.

    • Disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer – Damion Sentrell Gordon, 27, 1213 44th Ave., Meridian. Sentrell also faces a charge for telephone harassment.

    • Possession of controlled substance – Christopher Brian Graham, 34, 2721 Rob Sims Road, Meridian.

    • Simple assault on a police officer – William Graham, 57, 1616 30th Ave., Meridian.

    • Burglary-dwelling, house – David JaQuan Hampton, 22, 3503 33rd St., Meridian.

    • Domestic violence – Jerry Hudon Johnson II, 39, 2220 George Wallace Highway, Russellville, Ala. Johnson also faces charges for disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer, public drunkenness and carrying a concealed weapon.

    • False pretense (misdemeanor) – Mondrick Martin, 19, 4704 Paulding St., Meridian.

    • Possession of controlled substance – Shya Sinade Miles, 22, 2014 11th Ave., Meridian. Miles also faces charges for tint law violation and driving without liability insurance.

    • Shoplifting – Derrick Marzette Seals, 27, 1616 17th St., Meridian. Seals also faces charges for possession of marijuana (less than 30 grams) and contempt of court.

    • Shoplifting – Jimmy J. Seals, 22, 4401 40th Ave., 12 B, Meridian. Seals also faces a charge for possession of marijuana, first offense.

    • Simple assault – Christopher A. Tinsley, 25, 4211 Hooper St., Meridian. Tinsley also faces a charge of simple assault.

    • Attempted armed robbery – Lamar Walker, 18, 2050 32nd St., Meridian. Walker also faces a charge of false pretense.

    • Disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer – Justin Maurice Williams, 25, 2427 Fourth Ave., Meridian. Williams also faces charges for escape (misdemeanor), domestic violence-simple assault and probation violation/parole.

    • Disorderly conduct – Gary Stancil, YOB: 1965, 8111 King Road, Meridian.

    • DUI, other – Carlos P. Claudio, YOB: 1979, 15157 S.W Manatee Street, Florida.

    • DUI, second offense – James C. Haney, YOB: 1957, 3872 Old Highway 19 East, Meridian.

    • Possession of controlled substance – Tevin Cole, YOB: 1992, 3780 Rufus Martin Road, Meridian.

    • Disorderly conduct – Christopher Edwards, YOB: 1986, 4114 Royal Road, Meridian.

    • Simple assault – Rubria M. Portis, YOB: 1990, 921 Willow Ridge Drive, Meridian. Portis also faces charges for trespassing, two counts.

    • DUI, first offense – Jarod S. Cox, YOB: 1982, 3612 Lauderdale Road, Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana – Shamar A. Collins, 2714 Gradnview Ave., Meridian.

    • Underage consumption of alcohol – Johnerio J. Blakney, YOB: 1995, 2427 Fourth Ave., Meridian.

    • Shooting inside the city limits – Dennis R. McDonald, YOB: 1981, 1206 27th Ave., Meridian.

    • Petit larceny – Jeffery R. Mannix, YOB: 1960, 2704 Valley Road, Meridian. Mannix also faces a charge for malicious mischief.

    • Simple assault – Michelle C. Eason, YOB: 1990, 2306 42nd Ave., Meridian.

    • Public profanity – Krystle S. Benoit, YOB: 1987, 4412 24th St., Meridian.

    • Simple assault, domestic – Carlos D. Moore, YOB: 1968, 8395 Wilson Dale Road, Meridian.

    • Driving Under the Influence (DUI), first offense – Corderrius DeMondra Bonner, 21, 4614 25th Ct., Meridian. Bonner also faces charges for possession of marijuana in vehicle and improper equipment.

    • Sale of cocaine – Frederick Brooks, 41, 1104 22nd St., South, Columbus.    • Grand larceny, more than $500 – Vernon L. Brown, 21, 189 Highway 393, Louisville. Brown also faces charges for burglary-commercial building, cars, etc. (four counts) and malicious mischief/vandalism.

    • Bad check-felony (third or subsequent offense or $100 or more) – Stephanie Ann Carney, 32, 6457 Peachtree Ridge, Meridian.

    • DUI, first offense – Jerry E. Clayton, 60, 513 37th Ave., Meridian. Clayton also faces a charge for carrying concealed weapon.

    • Prohibition, deadly weapon or contraband in jail – Melissa Tahshay Figgers, 35, 622 Matheusuike Diamond Road, Waynesboro.

    • DUI, second offense – Milton Grady Jr., 49, 1708 20th Ave., Meridian. Grady also faces charges for improper license tag display and unknown offense.

    • DUI, first offense – Joseph Martin Green, 27, 369 Jeffery Acres Road, Meridian.

    • Possession of cocaine – Efrem Henderson, 44, 8138 South St., Chicago, Ill.

    • DUI, first offense – Eric Lee Holifield, 31, 4753 Zero Road, Meridian. Holifield also faces charges for driving with a suspended license, switched tag/license plate, driving without liability insurance and seat belt sheriff's office.

    • Child support, failure to pay – Andrew Inge Jr., 57, 4404 Hooper St., Jackson.

    • Burglary-commercial building, cars, etc. – Adrian DeMarcus Jackson, 20, 326 North St., Newton.

    • Animal cruelty, kill or injure – Jeffery Lewis Johnson, 33, 310 Barrow St., Pearl.

    • DUI, first offense – Andria Q. Jones, 22, 107 71st Place, Meridian. Jones also faces charges for disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, interfering with the duties of police, driving without a license, improper equipment and seat belt sheriff's office.

    • DUI, first offense – Juan Gabriel Mateo Martinez, 29, 1433 22nd Avenue Heights, Meridian. Martinez also faces charges for driving without liability insurance, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer, driving without a license, careless driving and improper equipment.

    • Sale of methamphetamine – Derrick Dewayne Moffite, 30, 2222 47th Ave., Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana in vehicle – Glen Lavelle Moffitte, 27, 11166 A Gilbert Joyner Road, Meridian. Moffitte also faces a charge for false identification information.

    • Trespassing, two counts – William E. Nause, 28, 4998 Jeffery Acres Road, Meridian. Nause also faces a charge for simple assault causing bodily injury.

    • DUI, first offense – Joshua Caleb Null, 20, 3542 Bolen Long Creek Road, Meridian. Null also faces a charge for careless driving.

    • DUI, second offense – Robert Anthony Rooche, 48, 122 N Fourth Ave., C, Paragould, Ark. Rooche also faces charges for violation of insurance card in vehicle law, driving with a suspended license (DUI) and obstructing traffic.

    • DUI, first offense – Clayton Levi Smith, 20, 4892 S.L. Wilson Road, Meridian. Smith also faces a charge for failure to dim headlights.

    • Child support, failure to pay – McCary Smith Jr., 45, 1913 31st Ave., Meridian.

    • Failure to pay (Justice Court) – Charles Ray Starks, 47, 710 B St., Meridian.

    • Bad check-felony (third or subsequent offense or $100 or more) – Mark Bedford Taylor Jr., 31, 2575 Freedom Baptist Church Road, Meridian. Taylor also faces a charge for contempt of court.
