MERIDIAN — Meirdian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8:30 a.m. Monday and 8:30 a.m. Tuesday:

    • Grand larceny, more than $500 – Brittnie Carlisle, 27, 3604 North Hills St., Meridian. Carlisle also faces a charge for fraudulent use of identity(DC/CC/SS#).

    • Trespassing – Anna M. Monegan, 50, homeless.

    • Shoplifting – Edward Todd Odom, 37, 3808 37th St., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting – Kristine J. Jenkins, 20, 407 Lang Mill Road, Meridian.

    • Simple assault, domestic – Ayesha Cobbins, 32, 1318 19th St., Meridian.    • Simple assault, domestic (second) – Rockyle C. Marsh, 23, 1209 29th Ave., Meridian.    • Telephone harassment – Tristian D Halley, 25, 3516 Second St., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting – Tierra L. Yarbrough, 25, 2428 Old Marion Road, Meridian.

    • Trespassing – Anna Monegan, 45,    636 31st Ave., Meridian.

    • Public drunkenness – Michael R. Jimerson, 39, 200 23rd St., Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents from Monday to

Tuesday:

Auto Burglary

    • 2000 block of Highway 39 North, Meridian.

Residential Burglaries

    • 1700 block of 11th Avenue, Meridian.

    • 2900 block of 19th Street, Meridian.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8:30 a.m. Monday and 8:30 a.m. Tuesday:

    • Sexual battery – Luke Barton, 21, 1704 5372 B Mini Farm Road, Meridian.

    • Receiving stolen property – Woodie Keith Bawcum, 28, 13047 Rocky Ridge Road, Collinsville. Bawcum also faces a charge for contempt of court.

    • Disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer – Demetrick Deonta Goodwin, 21, 2973 Millville Road, Meridian.

    • Driving Under the Influence (DUI), first offense – Kenneth Wayne Lovett Jr., 18, 5869 Omitted Road, Meridian.

    • DUI, first offense – Zachary D. Talley, 20, 9055 Barrett Road, Collinsville.

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents  between 8:30 a.m. Friday and 8:30 a.m. Monday:

        

Theft

    • 1100 block of Bonita Lakes Circle, Meridian.

Burglaries

    • 7100 block of Hookston Road, Meridian.

    • 1500 block of Long Creek Road, Meridian.

Intoxicated drivers

    • Old 31st Ave.-Valley Road, Meridian.

    • Old 31st Ave.-Valley Road, Meridian.

Fire runs

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following fire runs for Monday:

    • Extrication of victim from vehicle        20th Street

    • False Alarm                            67th Avenue

Ambulance runs

    Metro Ambulance reported 55 emergency runs Monday at 1:30 p.m.
