MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 9:15 a.m. Friday and 9:15 a.m. Monday:

    • Simple assault – Kassandra Rosemarie Barrett, 21, 202 Oak St., Morton.

    • Public drunkenness – James Howard Conn, 52, Homeless, Meridian.

    • Possession of controlled substance – Damion A. Davis, 27, 442 Smith Road, Columbus. Davis also faces a charge for driving without a license.

    • Burglary-commercial building, cars, etc. – James Wes Love, 26, 11245 Townsend Byrd Road, Collinsville.

    • Fraud/Intent to be Fraudulent – Sherry Jean Moss, 51, 902 27th Ave., Street 64, Meridian.

    • Driving Under the Influence (DUI), first offense – Michael Dewaine Winans, 22, 8823 Manson Drive, Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents from Friday to Monday:

Strong Armed Robbery

    • 1600 block of Jimmie Rodgers Memorial Drive.

Commercial Burglary

    • 600 block of 25th Street

    • 3700 block of 19th Street

 

Stolen Vehicles

    • 6000 block of H Street

Auto Burglary

    • 3300 block of Davis Street. 

    • 4600 block of 3rd Street.

    • 3100 block of 10th Avenue.    

    • 3100 block of 10th Avenue.

    • 900 block of 33rd Street.

    • 500 block of Front Street. 

Residential Burglary

    • 2600 block of St. Luke Street.

    • 2000 block of Mosby Road.

Shootings

    • 2000 block 33rd Avenue.

    • 500 block of 12th Avenue.

    • 1600 block of 8th Avenue.

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 9:15 a.m. Friday and 9:15 a.m. Monday:

    • Driving Under the Influence (DUI), first offense – Bobby Joe Andrews, 62, 40908 Highway 17 North, Jachin, Ala.

    • DUI, first offense – Paul Aaron Bouder, 34, 1114 27th Ave. 3, Meridian.

.    • DUI, other substance – Stanley Bryon Brooks, 24, 14 Cod IN, Hattiesburg. Brooks also faces a charge for possession of marijuana, less than 30 grams.

    • Possession of marijuana, less than 30 grams – Paul R. Brown Jr., 18, 200 23rd St., Apt 137, Meridian.

    • Welfare Fraud-Medicaid – Stephanie M. Bynum, 39, 4672 Valley Road, Meridian.

    • Welfare Fraud-Medicaid – Timothy Vanessa Campbell, 45, 10415 Rabbit Road #2, Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana, less than 30 grams – Jamiee Davanta Clayton, 21 1944 Old Marion Road, Meridian. Clayton also faces charges for DUI (other substance), driving with an expired inspection sticker, driving without liability insurance, improper equipment and driving with a suspended license.

    • Welfare Fraud-Medicaid – Nicole Clearman, 36, 4173 Wild Duck Drive, Meridian.

    • DUI, first offense – Valerie McVay Cook, 54, 13231 Dauphin Island Parkway, Coden, Ala. Cook also faces a charge for driving with an expired license.

    • DUI, first offense – Fredrick L. Davis, 33, 7100 Old Highway 80 West, Meridian. Davis also faces a charge for driving with an expired inspection sticker.

    • Public drunkenness – Bryan Preston Fritcher, 29, 6271 Pinedale Road, Meridian.

    • Welfare Fraud-Medicaid – Stephanie Gordon, 37, 5367 Chandler Road, Meridian.

    • DUI, first offense – Breanna Katelyn Guthrie, 19, 6591 Sunny Lane, Toomsuba. Guthrie also faces charges for driving without a license, driving without liability insurance and failure to pay (Justice Court).

    • Probation violation/Parole – Michael Anterrion Henderson, 36, 1801 24th St., D1, Meridian. Henderson also faces a charge for driving with a suspended license.

    • Welfare Fraud-Medicaid – Stacy L. Hill, 48, 2916 Mt. Barton Place D-19, Meridian.

    • DUI, first offense – Wesley Scott Hillhouse, 21, 1949 Goodhope Knox Road, Toomsuba.

    • Embezzlement – Shaduana Detta Horn, 34, 1438 46th Ave. 16, Meridian. Horn also faces a charge for failure to appear (Justice Court).

    • DUI (other substance) – Barbie Lee Ivy, 26, 1931 Ninth Ave., Stonewall. Ivy also faces charges for possession of marijuana (less than 30 grams), possession of paraphernalia (two counts), driving with an expired tag, driving without liability insurance, driving with a suspended license, improper equipment and seat belt violation (MHP).

    • DUI, second offense – Jeffrey Daniel Ivy, 29, 2806 Russell Camp Road, Meridian. Ivy also faces a charge for improper equipment.

    • DUI, second offense – Verinell Lotesta Ivy, 34, 4025 A Old Highway 19 S.E., Meridian.

    • Public drunkenness – Tito Orlando Jordan, 39, 508 Front St., Ext., G-4, Meridian.

    • Disturbance of family – Tony Carlos Kimble Jr., 18, 2841 Rob Sims Road, Meridian.

    • Welfare Fraud-Medicaid – Tara L. Lewis, 36, 2974 Wilson Road, Meridian.

    • DUI, first offense – Martin Frances McCann, 67, 5061 Fish Lodge, Meridia. McCann also faces a charge for failure to signal.

    • DUI, first offense – Derrell Ray Meshell, 25, 7019 Carrot Loop, Mauriceveille, Texas.

    • DUI, first offense – Derrick James Mosley, 32, 2705 11th St., Meridian. Mosley also faces charges for driving with a suspended license, driving without liability insurance and seatbelt violation (MHP).

    • Public drunkenness – Renwick Overland, 42, 8325 Poplar Springs Drive, Meridian. Overland also faces a charge for disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer.

    • Welfare Fraud-Medicaid – Janey Lynn Overstreet, 36, 4409 20th St., Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana, less than 30 grams – James Gregory Reed, 22, 1049 Wire Road, Cuba, Ala.

    • DUI (other substance) – Tevin Cyntrell Reed, 20, 860 Delaine Road, Cuba, Ala. Reed also faces charges for possession of marijuana (less than 30 grams), possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, driving without a license, no liability insurance and no license tag.

    • DUI, first offense – Jsoeph Cardee Smith, 24, 2014 Mosby Road, K-1, Meridian.

    • DUI, first offense – Layla Shea Smith, 18, 6401 Causeyville Road B, Meridia. Smith also faces charges for driving without liability insurance and driving with a suspended license.

    • DUI, second offense – Charles W. Smith-Walker, 34, 25559 Highway 489, Lake. Smith-Walker also faces a charge for driving without liability insurance.

    • DUI (other substance) – Santerius M. Stidmon, 19, 422 46th Ave., Meridian. Stidmon also faces charges for possession of marijuana (less than 30 grams), no liability insurance, seatbelt violation and expired license tag.

    • Domestic violence-Simple assault – Shane C. White, 30, 2716 CR 130, Meridian.
