MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    • Disorderly conduct — Jeremy D. Dubose, 18, 4904 3rd St., Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana — Kardarius R. Gordon, 19, 2038 48th Ave., Meridian.

    • Home repair fraud — Sherman Kennedy, 57, 116 36th Ave., Meridian.

    • Armed robbery — Devante D. May, 20, 5608 Cooper Cir., Meridian.

    • Public drunk — Breanna R. Smith, 20, 2112 16th Ave., Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    Residential Burglary

    • 4700 block of 12th St.

    • 200 block of 43rd Ave.

    Commercial Burglary

    • 6000 block of 5th St.

    • 6200 block of H St.

    • 5500 block of 5th St.

    Auto Burglary                                

    • 1200 35th Ave.

    • 2200 block of A Ave.

    • 3800 block of Poplar Springs Dr.

    • 3900 block of Poplar Springs Dr.       

Lauderdale County Sheriff's      Department

       

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    • Burglary — Jeanie Davis, 33, 8449 Hwy. 19 N., Collinsville.

    • Simple assault — Roann B. French, 35, 8797 Hammerly Blvd., Houston, Texas.

    • Probation violation — Lacy J. Geisler, 29, 5223 Mini Farm Rd., Meridian.

    • Probation violation — Johnny F. Gowdy, 50, 9735 Gowdy Rd., Lauderdale.

    • Sale of cocaine — Karissa O. Hill-Lyons, 24, 305 Old Hwy. 45, Shannon.

    • Sale of marijuana — Michael W. Miles, 45, 12336 Sanders St., Scooba.

    • Failure to pay child support — Julius A. Presswood, 39, 3319 State Blvd., Meridian.

    • Possession of cocaine — Jaquis K. Reed, 18, 7100 Old Hwy. 80 W., Meridian.

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    Vandalism

    • 3300 Valley Rd., Meridian.

    Burglary

    • 9500 block Hillview Dr., Meridian.

Mississippi Highway Patrol

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

Marion Police Department

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

Fire Runs

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.     

    • Extrication from vehicle, Hwy. 19 N.

    • Unauthorized burning, 43rd Ave.

    • Lock-out, 45th St.         

    The volunteer fire departments reported no emergency runs between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    

Ambulance Runs

    Metro Ambulance reported 35 emergency runs between 3 p.m. Wednesday and 3 p.m. Thursday
