MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department



    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    • Shoplifting — Hentrell D. Parnell, born 1993, 4603 Arthur St., Meridian.

    • Trespassing — Twillie L. Mitchell, born 1969, 1318 19th St., Meridian.

    • Simple assault — April D. Shears, born 1992, 2015 Mosby Road, Meridian.



    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Friday.  



    Commercial Burglary

    • At 9:49 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to a commercial burglary in the 100 block of 20th Street. Entry was gained through a window.

    Auto Burglary

    • At 2:19 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to an auto burglary in 100 block of 20th Avenue South. Entry was gained through a door.

    • At 6:44 a.m. Thursday, police responded to an auto burglary in 100 block of Highway 11&80. Entry was gained through a window.

    • At 6:44 a.m. Thursday, police responded to an auto burglary in 100 block of Highway 11&80. Entry was gained through a window.

    • At 6:44 a.m. Thursday, police responded to an auto burglary in 100 block of Highway 11&80. Entry was gained through a window.

    • At 6:44 a.m. Thursday, police responded to an auto burglary in 100 block of Highway 11&80. Entry was gained through a window.

    Residential Burglary

    At 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to a burglary in the 2200 block of Grand Avenue.  Entry was gained through a window.   



Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department    

    

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    • DUI — Jerred D. Anderson, 33, 509 East Williams Ave., Crestview, Fla.

    • Failure to pay child support — Damon S. Bodley, 37, 4041 43rd St., Meridian.

    • Grand larceny — Tyler W. Jackson, 19, 6816 Causeyville Road, Meridian.

    • Deadly weapon or contraband in jail — Jack Jenkins, 41, 117 Walker Ave., York, Ala.

    

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    Stolen vehicle

    • Highway 19 S., Meridian.

    Theft

    • 4100 block Wild Duck Drive, Meridian.

    Disturbance

    •7600 block Pine Springs Road, Meridian.

    DUI

    • Lizelia Road, Meridian.

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



Marion Police Department



    The Marion Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.



    • Malicious mischief — Pedro D. Johnigan, 36, 7455 Lizelia Road, Marion.

    Metro Ambulance reported 36 emergency runs between 3 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.
