MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • Shoplifting — Hentrell D. Parnell, born 1993, 4603 Arthur St., Meridian.

    • Trespassing — Twillie L. Mitchell, born 1969, 1318 19th St., Meridian.

    • Simple assault — April D. Shears, born 1992, 2015 Mosby Road, Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Friday.  

    Commercial Burglary

    • At 9:49 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to a commercial burglary in the 100 block of 20th Street. Entry was gained through a window.

    Auto Burglary

    • At 2:19 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to an auto burglary in 100 block of 20th Avenue South. Entry was gained through a door.

    • At 6:44 a.m. Thursday, police responded to an auto burglary in 100 block of Highway 11&80. Entry was gained through a window.

    • At 6:44 a.m. Thursday, police responded to an auto burglary in 100 block of Highway 11&80. Entry was gained through a window.

    • At 6:44 a.m. Thursday, police responded to an auto burglary in 100 block of Highway 11&80. Entry was gained through a window.

    • At 6:44 a.m. Thursday, police responded to an auto burglary in 100 block of Highway 11&80. Entry was gained through a window.

    • At 6:00 p.m. Thursday, police responded to an auto burglary in 1400 block of 24th Avenue. Entry was gained through a door.

    Residential Burglary

    At 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to a burglary in the 2200 block of Grand Avenue.  Entry was gained through a window.
