MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    • Shoplifting — Amber Looney, born 1991, Rob Sims Rd., Meridian.

    • Simple assault — Kevin A. Bartley, born 1963, Same Rd., Meridian.

    • Domestic violence — Clifton James, born 1986, 30th Ave., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting — Deynota S. Harden, born 1993, 35th Ave., Meridian.

    • Public drunk — Jeffery Chapman, born 1960, Valley Rd., Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    Residential Burglary

    • 700 block of 46th Ave.

    • 2100 block of 28th Ave.

    Auto Burglary                                

    • 500 block of 39th Ave.

    • 200 block of 3rd Avenue S.

    • 3000 block of 9th St.

    • 800 block of 70th Pl.

    Stolen Vehicle

    • 3300 block of State Blvd, key, nighttime, recovered.

    • 3000 block of 6th Avenue, key, unknown time, recovered.       

Lauderdale County Sheriff's      Department

       

     The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    • Probation violation — Tonya R. Pace, 37, 3217 Hillside Rd., Meridian.

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    Burglary

    • 5500 block Pine Springs Rd., Meridian.

    • 6800 block Valley Rd., Meridian.

    Assault

    • 2900 block Schanrock Rd., Meridian.

Mississippi Highway Patrol

    

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Marion Police Department

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Fire Runs

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.     

    • EMS call, 32nd St.

    • False alarm, 22nd Ave.

    • Trash fire, 8th Ave.

    • Vehicle accident, Hwy. 39 N.

    • Good intent call, St Paul St.

    • Arcing, 18th Ave.

    • EMS call, 4th Ave.

    • Vehicle fire, Parkway Blvd.

    • False alarm, Bonita Lakes Cir.         

    The volunteer fire departments reported no emergency runs between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    

Ambulance Runs

    Metro Ambulance reported 34 emergency runs between 3 p.m. Tuesday and 3 p.m. Wednesday.
