MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following non-traffic violations between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • DUI — Anthony E. Evans, 31, 1325 35th Ave., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting — Latoria S. Walker, 20, 2809 40th Ave., Meridian.

    • Disturbance — Patricia Carmichael, 49, 280 Grand Cypress Dr., Meridian.

    • Disorderly conduct — Bianca Brooks, 18, 600 49th Ave., Meridian. 

   

    The Meridian Police Department reported no incidents between 9 a.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday.               

   

    Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following non-traffic violations between 9 a.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday.

    • DUI — Darryl L. Franklin, 43, 2507 12th St., Meridian.

    • Felony bad check — Sabrina M. Kennedy, 34, 317 Ave. 4, Birmingham, Al.

    • Simple assault — Manuel S. Latuso, 45, 9969 Hillview Dr., Meridian.

    • Possession of controlled substance — Jason M. Moulds, 30, 1213 Dogwood Lake Rd., Meridian.

    • Embezzlement — Michael A. Neal, 26, 5498 Hwy. 18 East, Quitman.

    • Abuse of 911 — Albert Smith, 55, 11292 Martin Moore Rd., Collinsville.

    • Grand larceny — Deborah A. Young, 39, 1114 27th Ave., Meridian.

   

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following

incidents between 9 a.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday.

    DUI

    • 3641 Vimville Causeyville Rd., Meridian.

    Theft

    • 10465 Collinsville Martin Rd., Collinsville.

    Armed robbery

    • 2150 Russell Mt. Gilead Rd., Meridian.

    • Felony bad check — Emily Johnson, 2 yrs. MDOC, 2 yrs. suspended, 2 yrs. probation.

    • Attempt grand larceny — Bryant Moore, 6 yrs. MDOC.

    • Felony shoplifting — Eddie Charles Smith, 2 yrs. MDOC, 2 yrs. probation.

    • Manufacture meth — Malany Roach, 5 yrs. MDOC, 5 yrs. suspended, 5 yrs. probation.

    • Participating in gang activity — Patrick Phillips, 5 yrs. MDOC, 5 yrs. probation.

    • Failure to register as sex offender — Richard Kinney, 1 yrs. MDOC.

    • Grand larceny — Dustin Underwood, 3 yrs. MDOC, 3 yrs. suspended, 3 yrs. probation.

    • Possession of marijuana — Richard Evins,  2 yrs. MDOC, 2 yrs. probation.

    • Felony shoplifting — Larry Osborne, 4 yrs. MDOC.

    • Burglary — Trevor Bunyard, 5 yrs. MDOC, 4 1/2 yrs. suspended, 5 yrs. probation.

    • Receiving stolen property — Marico Presswood, 5 yrs. MDOC, 5 yrs. suspended, 5 yrs. probation.

    • Felony malicious mischief — Marico Presswood, 5 yrs. MDOC, 5 yrs. suspended, 5 yrs. probation.

    • Attempted vehicle theft — James Leroy Dearing, 5 yrs. MDOC, 4 yrs. suspended, 5 yrs. probation.
