MERIDIAN —     The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday.   


    • Vehicle accident, Front Street Ext.

    • Fire, 29th St.


    • False call, Donald Ave.

    • Brush fire, 5th St.


    • False alarm, 28th Ave.          

    The volunteer fire departments reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday.


    • Structure fire, Lizzie Rd. (Southeast, Long Creek, Russell, Toomsuba)

    • Traffic accident, Hwy. 19 N. (Collinsville)

    • Traffic accident, Hwy. 145. (Long Creek)

    • Vehicle fire, I-20 @ MM 165. (Toomsuba)

    • EMS, Mt. Carmel Rd. (Bailey)

    • EMS, Morgan Rd. (Suqualena)

Ambulance runs

    Metro Ambulance reported 32 emergency runs between 3 p.m. Sunday and 3 p.m. Monday.
