MERIDIAN —     The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    DUI

    • Hwy. 39 N., Meridian.

    Suspicious vehicle

    • 700 block 23rd Ave., Meridian.

Mississippi Highway Patrol

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Marion Police Department

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Fire Runs

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.   

    • False alarm, MLK Drive

    • Hazardous condition, Driftwood Drive

    • Vehicle accident, 8th Street

    • Service call, 35th Street         

    The volunteer fire departments reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

    • Brush fire, Jay Dr. (Meehan)

    • Structure fire, Headstart Road (Bailey, Northeast)

    • Brush fire, Seals Drive (Lost Gap, Meehan)

    

Ambulance Runs

    Metro Ambulance reported 38 emergency runs between 3 p.m. Tuesday and 3 p.m. Wednesday.
