Law Enforcement Reports: 1-18-14

MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • Simple assault — Ashley D. Dunnigan-Adams, 26, 506 Front Street Extension, Meridian.

    • Simple assault — James W. Love, 26, 11245 Townsend Byrd Road, Collinsville.

    • Shoplifting ‚ Chris C. Sells, born 1969, 3523 9th St., Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.  

    Commercial Burglary

    • At 8:22 a.m. Thursday, police responded to a commercial burglary in the 2200 block of Highway 39 North. An officer arrived on scene 8:29 a.m. and determined that entry was made through a door.

    Stolen Vehicles

    • At 7:17 a.m. Thursday, police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 4500 block of Paulding Street. Officers arrived on scene at 7:22 a.m. and found the vehicle had been left running when it was taken.

    Auto Burglary

    At 12:44 p.m. Thursday, a person arrived at the police department to report an auto burglary in the 2400 block of Highway 19 North. Entry was gained through a door.

    • At 5:52 p.m. Thursday, police responded to an auto burglary in the 4200 block 58th Place. An officer arrived on scene at 5:58 p.m. and determined that entry was gained through a door.

    Residential Burglary

    At 7:59 a.m. Thursday, police responded to a burglary in the 4300 block of Hooper Street. An officer arrived at 8:04 a.m. and determined that entry was gained through a window.   

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office

    

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • DUI — Roberto D. Lopez, 32, 3123 Tina Drive, Meridian.

    • Probation violation — Ali M. Savell, 26, 48 Thompson Road, Lake.

    • Telephone harassment — Christopher C. Sells, 44, Fairchild Road, Meridian.

    • Mail fraud — Lisa M. Seymore, 31, 2720 Rutledge Ave., Jackson.

    • DUI — Patrick J. Smith, 28, 374 Indian Hills Drive, Meridian.

    • Disorderly conduct — Jonathan G. Vance, 30, 3306 27th St., Meridian.

    

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.
