MERIDIAN —             The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Tuesday:

           

            • Simple assault — Joeies L. Rogers, Year of Birth (YOB) 1995, 518 38th Ave., Meridian.

            • Petit larceny — Marvin L. Dixon II, YOB 1994, 1524 32nd Ave, Meridian.

            • Possession of marijuana — Vosquez Dalton, YOB 1980, 1627 8th Ave., Meridian.

            • Simple assault, domestic — Howard T. McCormick, YOB 1982, 4401 20th St., Meridian.

            • Simple assault, domestic — Debra D. McCormick, YOB 1982, 4401 20th St., Meridian.

            • Shooting in the city — Garland Murray, YOB 1991, 4401 20th St., Meridian.

            • Shoplifting — Hanna S. Ivy, YOB 1992, 41A Fairchild Road, Meridian.

            • Shoplifting — Amanda L. Reynolds, YOB 1983, 5282 Highway 496, Meridian.

            • Shoplifting — Lindsay M. Tunner, YOB 1981, 5282 Highway 499, Meridian.

            • Possession of marijuana — Darin T. Terrell, YOB 1993, 323 South 5th St., Meridian.

            • Shoplifting, school attendance law, fals info  — Eve C. Myers, YOB 1977, 1623 8th Ave., Meridian.

            • Trespass — Christopher W. Scott, YOB 1987, 3077 Rob Sims Road, Meridian.

            • Disturbance of a business — Donald L. Satterfield, YOB 1957, 1660 32nd St., Meridian.

 

            The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Tuesday:

 

            Robbery

 

            •  At 12:39 a.m. on Jan. 27 Meridian Police responded to an armed robbery in the 1400 block of Roebuck Drive. Officers determined that the clerk was robbed at gunpoint by two unknown black males. No one was injured and the cash was taken from the till.

 

            Commercial Burglary

 

            • At 4:06 p.m., on Jan. 26, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 2400 block of 8th Street.

            • At 9:27 a.m., on Jan. 27, Meridian Police responded to a commercial burglary in the 1600 block of Tommy Webb Drive.

 

            Stolen Vehicles

 

            At 5:54 p.m., on Jan. 26, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 4500 block of Highway 39 North. 

 

            Auto Burglary

 

            JAN 24

            • At 10:19 p.m., police responded to an auto burglary in the 1700 block of 38th Avenue East. 

            • At 10:19 p.m., police responded to an auto burglary in the 1700 block of 38th Avenue East. 

            • At 11:00 p.m., police responded to an auto burglary in the 19th Avenue.
