MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    • DUI — Dylan E. Swearingen, 20, 8824 Parkway S., Lauderdale.

    • Shoplifting — Idris D. Thompson, 32, N/A, Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    Residential Burglary

    • 2400 block of 35th Ave.

    • 2300 block of 30th Ave.

    Commercial Burglary

    • 2600 block of 14th St.

    Auto Burglary                                

    • 5400 block of Valley St.  

Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department    

       

     The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    • Obtaining controlled substance by fraud — Casey R. Boone-Graham, 34, 310 Little Rd., Enterprise.

    • Possession of controlled substance — Deshaun T. Carter, 31, 1589 CR 150, Quitman.

    • DUI — Ronald W. Hall, 51, 1003 Oakland St., Wesson.

    • DUI — Glenn D. Lloyd, 46, 1513 Saturn Rd., Morgan City, LA.

    • DUI — Ervin J. Mansker, 55, 96 TVA Rd., Hartselle, AL.

    • DUI — Alexis Nino, 20, 601 Green Jay Ave., Phurr, Texas.

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    DUI

    • Hwy. 495, Meridian.

    • Zero Rd., Meridian.

    • 22nd Ave., Meridian.

    • Pine Springs Rd., Meridian.

Mississippi Highway Patrol

    

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

Marion Police Department

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

Fire Runs

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.     

    • False alarm, Grand Ave.

    • Elec. wiring/equipment, 8th Ave.

    • Lock-out, 5th St.

    • Unauthorized burning, 44th Ave.        

    The volunteer fire departments reported no emergency runs between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

Ambulance Runs

    

    Metro Ambulance reported 33 emergency runs between 3 p.m. Wednesday and 3 p.m. Thursday
