MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • Public drunk — Jake H. Hall Jr., 54, 217 30th Ave., Meridian.

    • DUI — Paul Richards, 66, 2713 56th St., Meridian.

    • Simple assault — David L. Robinson, 31, 2115 Apache Ridge Road, Meridian.

    • Disorderly conduct — Ridge Rodgers, 21, 3822 Davis St., Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    Residential Burglary

    • 800 block of B Street

    • 1800 block of 24th Avenue

    • 800 block of 49th Avenue

    At 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Meridian Police received a report from a man who stated he had been robbed at knifepoint in the 1400 block of North Frontage Road by a black male. The victim was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries. The ran away on foot but no description is available at this time.  

    

 Lauderdale County Sheriff's      Department

      The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • DUI — Johnny L. Brown, 31, 316 Route 3, Lauderdale.

    • Felony DUI — Kerry L. Culpepper, 51, 11117 Highway 495, Collinsville.

    • Disorderly conduct — Ethan G. Lewis, 18, 612 Dees Road, Meridian.

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    DUI

    • Old Highway 45, Meridian

    Disturbance

    • Toomsuba Shell, Meridian

    

Mississippi Highway Patrol

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

Marion Police Department

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

Fire Runs

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • False alarm, 5th Avenue

    • Trash fire, A Street

    • EMS call, 30th Street

    • Building fire, 43rd Street

    • Vehicle accident, Highway 39 Bypass

    • Outside rubbish fire, 21st Street          

    

Ambulance Runs

    Metro Ambulance reported 35 emergency runs between 3 p.m. Thursday and 3 p.m. Friday.
