MERIDIAN — Marion Police Department

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Fire runs

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.   

    • Lock out, 71st Pl.

    • False alarm, Hillside Drive,

    • Gas leak, 29th St.

    • Power line down, 5th Ave. S.

    The volunteer fire departments reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.    

    • Assist other agency, Daleville Prismatic Road, (Northeast)

    • EMS, Pine Springs Road, (Suqualena)

    • EMS, Bolen Long Creek Road, (Southeast)

    • Structure fire, Virginia Drive, (Lauderdale, Toomsuba, Center Ridge)

    • EMS, Harper Road, (Russell)

    • Traffic accident, West Lauderdale Road, (Colliinsville)

    • EMS, Hwy. 496 (Toomsuba)

    • Assist other agency, York, AL (Toomsuba)

    • Traffic accident, Hwy. 493 (Bailey)

    • EMS, Mini Farm Road, (Long Creek)

Ambulance runs

    Metro Ambulance reported 33 emergency runs between 3 p.m. Tuesday and 3 p.m. Wednesday.
