    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.

    • Shoplifting — Nehesha Collins, 24, 2112 16th Ave., Meridian.

    • Simple assault — Azella F. Davis, 27, 301 63rd Place, Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the the following incidents between 8 a.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.

    Auto burglary

    • 1000 block 38th Avenue

    Burglary

    • 4400 block 27th Street

    Theft

    • 100 block 58th Avenue

Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.

    • Public drunk — Joshua E. Baughman, 27, 1430 Long Creek Road, Meridian.

    • Disorderly conduct — Elisa Eaves, 49, 6041 Russell Topton Road, Toomsuba.

    • Failure to pay justice court — Derek W. Hicks, 35, 2988 Atwood Road, Meridian.

    • Public drunk — Amanda K. Savell, 26, 1930 Long Creek Road, Meridian.

    • Failure to pay justice court — Ernest L. Wilson, 55, 8751 Hancox Road, Lauderdale.

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.

    Theft

    • 4900 block York Road, Lauderdale.

    Burglary

    • 5100 block York Road, Lauderdale.

Mississippi Highway Patrol

     Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.

Marion Police Department

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday.

Fire Runs

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.   

    • Steam, vapor, fog or dust, Highway 19 N.

    • Vehicle accident, 22nd Avenue S.        

    The Lauderdale County Volunteer Fire Departments reported the following emergency runs.

    • Traffic accident, Causeyville Road (Southeast)

    • Vehicle fire, Highway 145 (Clarkdale)

    • EMS, Lauderdale Toomsuba Road (Toomsuba)

    • Traffic accident, Crescent Lake Road (Clarkdale)

    • EMS, Swearington Road (Collinsville)

Ambulance Runs
