MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    • DUI — Thelma Collins-Smith, 37, 2218 Second Ave., Meridian.

    • Possession of controlled substance — Linda D. Edwards, 26, 1318 19th St., Meridian.

    • DUI — Brenda A. Golden, 37, 8860 Chapel Road, Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the the following incidents between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    Theft

    • 2600 block 45th Street

    • 3000 block Mt. Barton Place

Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    • Failure to pay child support — Darrilyn D. Owens, 39, 606 30th Ave., Meridian.

    • Aggravated assault — James H. Troxell Jr., 23, 5732 Crievewood Drive, Bartlett, Tenn.

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    Theft

    • 5500 block Highway 19 N., Meridian.

    

Mississippi   Highway Patrol

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

Marion Police Department

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

Fire Runs

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.   

    • Medical assist, I-20.       

    The Lauderdale County Volunteer Fire Departments reported the following emergency runs.

Ambulance Runs
