Law Enforcement Reports: 4-08-14

MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 11 a.m. April 4 and 11 a.m. Monday:

    • Disturbance in public place – Jarrod Lee Boykin, 31, 9864 Pleasant Hill Road, Gilbertown, Ala. Boykin is also charged with disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement.

    • Disorderly conduct, business – Omeika D. Brown, 18, 909 Fulton Ave., Meridian.

    • Attempt to obtain controlled substance by fraud –Tianna Ciera Cryer, 29, 10732 Highway 39 North. Cryer is also charged with conspiracy to obain controlled substance by fraud.

    • Shoplifting – Daniel J. Hudson, 30, 13968 County Road, Fairhope, Ala.

    • Domestic violence – Keir Harper Moore, 45, 2503 34th St., Meridian.

    • Disturbance in public place – Terrence Moore, 32, 216 Vance Road, Newton.

    • Attempt to obtain controlled substance by fraud –Erica Stidman, 23, 1712 29th Ave., Meridian. Stidman is also charged with conspiracy to obain controlled substance by fraud.

    • Resisting arrest – Justin Sweeney, 31, 284 Watson St., Hampton, Ariz. Sweeney is also charged with disorderly conduct/failure to obey law enforcement officer, simple assault on a police officer and public drunkenness.

    • Disturbing the peace – Miguel Ralpheal Willis, 39, 1301 38th Ave., Meridian. Willis is also charged for use of profane language.

    • Driving Under the Influence (DUI), first offense – Michael Dewaine Winans, 22, 8823 Manson Drive, Meridian.

    • Shoplifting, first offense – Flora E. Hudson, 30, 895 Highway South, Meridian.

    • Simple assault/Domestic – Jeremy Soyner, 38 4921 30th St., Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana – Phillip R. Wyatt, 21, 10110 Road 246, Meridian

    • Shoplifting, second offense – Brittany Brown, 24, 2811 St. Luke St., Meridian.

    • Shoplfiting – Jessica Easley, 20, 2772 45th Ave., Meridian.

    • Possession of marijuana – Rodriquez May, 33, 1518 45th Ave., Meridian. May is also charged with possession of a controlled substance.

    • Driving Under the Influence (DUI), second offense – James E. Henry II, 52, 5007 Highway 19, Frontage Road, Meridian.

    • Shoplifting – Ellen R. Busby, 39, 8025 Od Eighth St. Road, Meridian.

    • Simple assault/Domestic – Zederich R. Townsend, 39 2011 10th Ave., Meridian.

    • Disturbance, business – Ashley McKenzie, 27, 4012 36th Ave., Meridian.

The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents from April 4 to Monday:

Commercial Burglary

    • 2400 block of 23rd Avenue, Meridian.

    • 2200 block of Highway 45, Meridian.

    • 300 block of 23rd Avenue, Meridian.
