MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • Telephone harassment — Sade Coats, born 1986, Smith Street, Meridian.

    • Shoplifting — Mario Hill, born 1990, 32nd Street, Meridian.

    • Domestic violence — Christopher Atkins, born 1977, 16th Street, Meridian.

    • Simple assault — Alexis Landrum, born 1993, Druid Lane, Meridian.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the the following incidents between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    Burglary

    • 2200 block Highway 39 North

    A commercial burglary occurred in the 2200 block of Highway 39 North. Meridian Police are asking the publics help in identifying the suspect. This photo is from the surveillance camera inside the store. If anyone knows the identity of this man, please call police or Crime Stoppers at 601-485-1860.

Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • Possession of marijuana — Cameron Gordon, 23, 1479 Highway 11/80, Meridian.

    • Burglary — James L. Harrison Jr., 46, 5025 37th St., Meridian.

    • Failure to appear — Jasper B. Miller, 42, 4307 13th St., Meridian.

    • Probation violation — Jawon L. Ramsey, 22, 2524 Grandview Ave., Meridian.

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    Theft

    • 50 block Will Garrett Road, Meridian.

    

Mississippi Highway Patrol

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

Marion Police Department

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

Fire Runs

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.  

    • EMS, Manning Street

    

Ambulance Runs

    Metro Ambulance reported 36 emergency runs between 3 p.m. Thursday and 3 p.m. Friday.
