MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • Shoplifting — Christopher C. Dickerson, 28, 3871 Zero Road, Meridian.

    • Trespassing — Michelle Roland, 37, 1421 26th Ave., Meridian.

    • Shoplifting — Michael C. Rigdon, born 1990, 2922 Atwood Road, Meridian.

    • Petty larceny — Miquel Willis, born 1974, 1301 38th Ave., Meridian.

    Incident Reports

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.  

    Stolen Vehicle

    • At 6:15 p.m. Thursday, police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 700 block of 54th Avenue. The vehicle was left running.

    Auto Burglary

    • At 10:27 p.m. Thursday, police responded to an auto burglary in the 100 block of Highway 11 & 80. Entry was gained through a window.       

    

Lauderdale County Sheriff's      Department

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    • Probation violation — Carl E. Lockhart, 52, 710 B St., Meridian.

    • DUI — Eric T. Moore, 33, 601 Rosewood Terrace, Richton.

    • Failure to pay child support — Cody A. Pinkham, 25, 9351 Highway 19 N., Collinsville.

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    DUI

    • Front Street, Meridian.

Mississippi Highway Patrol

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

Marion Police Department

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.

    The following cases were handed down during the Lauderdale County term the week of November 25 thru December 20.

    • Auto burglary — Jareigus Dixon, 3 yrs. MDOC, 3 yrs. suspended, 3 yrs. probation.

    • Receiving stolen property — Robert Lowry, 3 yrs. MDOC, 3 yrs. suspended, 3 yrs. probation.

    • Possession of alproazolan — 3 yrs. MDOC, 3 yrs. suspended, 3 yrs. probation.

    • Possession of shank — James Milsap, 3 yrs. MDOC.

    • Conspiracy to introduce contraband in jail — Aleta Clayborn, 3 yrs. MDOC, 3 yrs. suspended, 3 yrs. probation.

    • Armed robbery — Michael Reed, 15 yrs. MDOC, 14 yrs. suspended, 5 yrs. probation.

    • Felony DUI — David C. Kilpatrick, 2 yrs. MDOC.

    • Possession of methamphetamine — Marvin R. Carter, 20 yrs. MDOC, 15 yrs. suspended, 5 yrs. probation.

    • Burglary — Shannon D. Nix, 15 yrs. MDOC, 13 yrs. suspended, 5 yrs. probation.

    • Possession of methamphetamine — Harrison W. Nichols III, 10 yrs. MDOC, 10 yrs. suspended, 5 yrs. probation.

    • Auto burglary — Michael A. Copen III, 2 yrs. MDOC.

    • Sale of marijuana — Terrence C. McMIllion Jr., 7 yrs. MDOC, 7 yrs. suspended, 5 yrs. probation.

    • Grand larceny revocation — Derwin Hampton, 2 yrs. MDOC.

    • Aggravated domestic violence — Jerico Williams, 4 yrs., 11 mos. MDOC.

    • Sale of cocaine — Joe Edwards Jr., 4 yrs. MDOC, sale of cocaine, 40 yrs. MDOC, 40 yrs. suspended, 5 yrs. probation.

    • Kidnapping/sexual battery/forcible rape — Dewayne Graham, 30 years MDOC on each charge.
