MERIDIAN — Meridian Police Department

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    • Disorderly conduct — Sean W. Anderson, 23, 12951 Hugh Fort Road, Green Bay, AL.

    The Meridian Police Department reported the following incidents between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    Residential burglary

    • 900 block of 28th Avenue

    • 2200 block of 34th Avenue

    Auto Burglary                                

    • 300 block of 24th Street

    • 1000 block of 24th Street

    • 3800 block of Poplar Springs Drive

    • 100 block of 3rd Avenue S.

    • 2400 block of Highway 19 N.

    Robbery  

    Monday afternoon, Meridian Police Department units responded to a reported armed robbery in the area of 8th Street and 42nd Avenue. Upon arrival they were advised a juvenile had been robbed at gunpoint by another juvenile who stole his cellphone. Police are investigating the case at this time.

    Wednesday Meridian Police Department authorities arrested 54-year-old Eddie D. Willis of Meridian and charged him with felony shoplifting. Bond was set at $25,000.   

Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    • Felony bad check — Julius K. Love, 41, 502 South Columbus Street, Louisville.

    • Petty larceny — Brian N. Tidwell, 37, 8321 Kewanee Road, Lauderdale.

    The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    Burglary

    • 12000 block Redbud Lane., Collinsville.

    

Mississippi Highway Patrol

    Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop H reported reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

Marion Police  Department

    The Marion Police Department reported no arrests between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.

    The Meridian Fire Department reported the following emergency runs between 8 a.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.
