The Meridian Police Department reported the following arrests from 8 a.m. Monday through 8 a.m. Tuesday.



• Domestic violence — Robert Kennedy, 46, 301 63rd Place

• Simple assault — Kerry Hare, 38, 4621 44th Ave. Hare is also charged with contempt of court.

• Malicious mischief — Robert E. Williams, 56, 3127 Valley St.

• Simple assault — Sophia Tell, 25, 3008 22nd St. Tell is also charged with telephone harassment.

• Contempt of court — Lequencqnce V. Odoms, 30, 2208 20th Ave.

• Contempt of court three counts — Carlos Marquis Cole, 25, 2709 Alice Drive, Hattiesburg

• Contempt of court — Sandra Diane Powell, 39, 108 30th Ave.

• Contempt of court — Franchesa C. Stevens, 42, 2218 2nd Ave.

• Shoplifting second offense — Maurice Dawson, 34, 2014 20th St.

• Driving Under the Influence(DUI)first offense — Wesley Larkin, 45, 1291 A Will Wright Road



Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 3:30 p.m. Monday and 3 p.m. Tuesday.



• Disturbance of a family offensive conduct — Cedric Clark, 39, 3697 A Knox Road, Toomsuba

• Felon in possession of firearm — Derrick Dewayne Moffite, 25, 2222 47th Ave.

• Driving Under the Influence(DUI) second offense — Edward L. Leggett, 37, 2711 Chandler St.

• Embezzlement two counts — Clifton Earl Nicholson, 57, 843 Camp St., New Orleans

• Probation violation — Jason Allen Lashare, 26, 5414 B Minifarm Road

The Lauderdale County Volunteer Fire Departments did not report any fire runs for Nov. 17.



Ambulance Runs



Metro Ambulance reported 36 runs from 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
