Burglary of a dwelling house Robert M. Murphy, 38, 314 Beach Street, Philadelphia
Possession of marijuana less than one ounce Wesley Robert Joyner, 22, Rt. 1 Box 148 A, DeKalb
Driving Under the Influence (DUI) refusal to take test Thomas C. Stephens, 22, Rt. 1 Box 21, DeKalb. Stephens is also charged with possession of marijuana less than one ounce.
